Overview

Renew Home is seeking a Staff Sales Engineer in omnichannel partnerships to serve as the technical and operational bridge between Renew Home and our omnichannel partner ecosystem.

In Short

  • Engage and enable the omnichannel partner ecosystem.
  • Support pipeline development and deal progression.
  • Lead technical discovery and solution alignment.
  • Coordinate across partner and internal teams.
  • Represent Renew Home in partner and utility conversations.
  • Support proposal development and commercial readiness.
  • Enable successful program execution.
  • Provide market and partner feedback.
  • Regular travel (approximately 15% or more) to engage with utility partners.
  • Work closely with external partners to enable pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales support.
  • Strong understanding of energy solutions and programs.
  • Ability to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in partner enablement and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions.
  • Experience in proposal development and program design.
  • Ability to provide market insights and feedback.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
