As a Staff Software Engineer at Flexport, you’ll be at the forefront of driving technical excellence within our engineering team, designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Proven experience working on complex systems.
• Ability to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
