Overview

The Staff Engineer in the Core & Commons Tribe is a senior technical leader responsible for driving alignment across multiple teams within the Tribe. The role focuses on solving cross-team challenges, fostering collaboration, and enabling teams to work more effectively.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building and scaling complex distributed systems.
• Proven ability to influence across team boundaries.
• Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in architecture and technical details.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to mentor and coach engineers.
• Fluent in Typescript and/or Javascript; SQL knowledge required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
