Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Flex will be responsible for managing the interview and candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch and consistent hiring process.

In Short

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and manage the recruiting calendar.
• Support talent partners in scheduling virtual or onsite interviews.
• Communicate schedules and hiring updates to candidates and internal partners.
• Update applicant tracking systems in real-time.
• Contribute to new hire communications.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address candidate questions.
• Contribute to projects including candidate sourcing and engagement surveys.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in calendar management and interview coordination.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proactive problem-solver in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Quick learner of new tools and technologies.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
