In Short

• Prepare US and foreign duty drawback forms and claims.
• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple clients.
• Onboard new clients and develop SOPs.
• Collaborate with software engineers on innovative solutions.
• Analyze complex business documents and data.
• Investigate enhancements for drawback recovery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in training and development of team members.

• Design test plans for software solutions.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with large data sets.
• 3-5 years in duty drawback program implementation.
• Knowledge of trade regulations and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, Licensed Customs Broker is a plus.
