Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) - Remote

In Short

• Work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Own projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones.
• Maintain data integrity of applicant tracking system for reporting and leverage this data for insights and analysis.

Requirements

• 1 - 2+ years of administrative, project management, or recruiting coordination experience.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite, bonus points for skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, Ashby is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
