1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

In Short

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers and Hiring Managers to coordinate candidate interview activity on a variety of searches.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Headway candidates through their interview processes, utilizing Greenhouse, Google Calendar, and other recruiting technology to enable an optimal candidate experience.
• Support and own Talent team projects related to talent operations and process improvement, training, and/or talent branding.
• Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of making the best hiring decisions and reducing bias.

Requirements

• You have at least 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience at a tech company in a high-growth environment.
• You have experience working with Greenhouse.
• You are a go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies.
• You are a scrappy & creative thinker who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity.
• You have remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
