Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
  • Skilled at sourcing talent on LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing diaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to present recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player in a high-growth environment.
