Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team from an administrative & operations perspective, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and effective prioritization.

In Short

• Manage job postings for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Post jobs to Paycom, LinkedIn, and Job Boards.
• Track recruiting events and job fairs.
• Maintain job descriptions and collaborate with HR.
• Create templates and workflows in HRIS.
• Assist with scheduling candidate interviews.
• Screen resumes and assist with candidate selection.
• Manage recruiting administrative tasks.
• Prepare offer grids for the approval process.
• Organize a pipeline of talent for future needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; college degree a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of HR and Recruiting Administration experience.
• Some light recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and recruiting software.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
