Overview

The M&A Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing general administration and operational support of the tactical HR tasks for the mergers and acquisitions area of the human resources team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired employees.

• Work closely with M&A HR Program Manager for onboarding tasks.
• Draft confidential employment documents with attention to detail.
• Create profiles for employees in the HR system.
• Manage I-9 uploads and E-Verify completion.
• Coordinate background check processes.
• Guide new employees through electronic onboarding tasks.
• Maintain spreadsheet data accurately and timely.
• Audit compliance for new hires.
• Support HR team members on various HR tasks.
• Contribute to overall enhanced employee experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HRIS data entry and maintenance.
• Experience with Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
