Overview

As an Onboarding Coordinator at Later, you will lead strategic onboarding and implementation initiatives, ensuring new clients see immediate value in utilizing Later to achieve their marketing goals. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to achieve seamless transitions from sales to active, engaged users.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
