Overview

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will lead and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed to succeed in their roles.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
• Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork.

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry.
• Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Permanent, full-time remote setup.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding.
• 3-5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry.
• Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.
• Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
• Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor.
