While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

In Short

• Design and execute programs to drive continuous process improvements and platform enhancements.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate problems into business requirements.
• Drive internal implementation and adoption of program deliverables.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in relevant domains, especially Trust & Risk, DevRel, and/or Solutions Architecture.
• Deep understanding of program management frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience defining and implementing complex SaaS solutions and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills to define, track, and measure program KPIs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
