• Drive SaaS platform enhancements and align internal development initiatives with broader business goals.
• Own execution framework and scheduling for technical programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program/project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an “ownership” mentality.
• Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate engineering teams without direct authority.
• Skilled in Agile facilitation and development process optimization.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of identifying risks, improving workflows, and resolving development blockers.
