• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Manage day-to-day project and program management across multiple technical teams.

• Report on progress, velocity, and productivity.
• Analyze project data to assess capacity and timelines.
• Help evolve internal processes for business complexity.
• Utilize AI tools for automation and optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years in project or program management within technical environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Clear communicator focused on simplicity and understanding.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with AI tools for improving productivity.
• Expertise in Jira management and configuration.
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Monday.com.
