Overview

We are looking for a successful, experienced, data-minded individual to lead our revenue enablement programs as our Director, Revenue Enablement. You will lead the vision, strategy and coordinate the execution of our go to market enablement programs to provide onboarding, training, and continuous learning to our internal revenue-driving teams, providing them with the outcomes they need to be successful and exceed full year bookings plans.

In Short

  • Advocate for sales enablement with key partners.
  • Define and communicate the overarching revenue enablement vision.
  • Help define requirements for enablement materials.
  • Maintain an updated enablement foundation and application framework.
  • Responsible for delivery and success of new hire training.
  • Support sales coaching programs.
  • Manage enablement tooling and LMS implementation.
  • Track and analyze enablement program usage.
  • Involved in large scale Revenue events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement and trainings.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in sales enablement or training.
  • Experience in SaaS or security company preferred.
  • LMS evaluation and implementation experience preferred.
  • Experience in B2B solutions and sales teams preferred.
  • Cyber security or high-tech selling experience preferred.
  • Agile/scrum product and project management experience preferred.
