Client Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Client Experience Specialist is a service minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, to create a seamless experience for the agent, consumer and all deal parties. You are part of a collaborative team that is enhancing the way that Coldwell Banker is doing business by eliminating the friction and simplifying the transaction process.

In Short

• Perform non licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
• Collaborate closely with agent services department and third parties.
• Organize transaction details in applicable systems.
• Serve as point-of-contact for agents and clients through closing.
• Coordinate scheduling of home inspections and appraisals.
• Regularly update and manage communication with all parties.
• Prioritize service to the agent and all parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Real Estate/mortgage/title administration experience required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• People first approach to customer service.
• Technical ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Quality assurance and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
• Building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues.
