Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading all-in-one market research cloud platform based in the United States.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end coordination, implementation, and delivery of research projects.
• Report directly to the Audience Acquisition Manager.
• Allocate resources across projects and monitor workflow.
• Engage and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Research Excellence teams.
• Track vendor fieldwork performance.
• Support financial processes and assist in PO creation.
• Conduct survey testing for quality assurance.
• Ensure all project tasks are completed within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Validate and confirm all final deliverables from external vendors.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in project management or related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Understanding of financial processes.
• Ability to conduct quality assurance testing.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
• Experience in market research is a plus.
