As a Client Experience Specialist at Upvest, you will enable Europe’s leading Fintechs to deliver flawless investment experiences by providing exceptional support to our B2B clients and building strong relationships.
In Short
Provide exceptional support to B2B clients via email, Slack, and phone.
Assist clients with operational issues and inform them of service-related events.
Advocate for client interests internally and solve problems creatively.
Contribute to building the Client Experience function and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct daily checks to ensure smooth business operations.
Build relationships with client counterparts and participate in periodic check-ins.
Set standards for client communication and work cross-functionally with teams.
Create and maintain the Client Experience knowledge base.
Work autonomously and contribute to building Upvest’s CX function.
Fluent in German is required.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in client-facing roles in Fintech, investments, or banking.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Client-first mindset with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
Proactive in identifying improvements and addressing issues early.
Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM is a plus.
Background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields is beneficial.
