In Short

• Support day-to-day IT operations including hardware inventory management and device setup.
• Provide helpdesk assistance for troubleshooting basic issues with laptops and SaaS tools.
• Collaborate with the TechOps team in user onboarding and process automation.
• Grow skills in endpoint management, SaaSOps, and automation tools.
• Currently studying in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Curious and proactive attitude towards learning about internal IT and automation.
• Basic understanding of computers, software, and networks.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate to Berlin and work 15–20 hours/week.
• Previous experience in IT support is a plus.

• Currently studying in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems).
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about internal IT and SaaS tools.
• Basic understanding of computers, software, and networks.
• Organized and detail-oriented; problem-solving skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, working 15–20 hours/week.
