Overview

As the Employee Experience & Impact Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace by managing employee programs, analyzing people data, and driving engagement initiatives.

In Short

  • Support the management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Coordinate logistics for employee programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the facilitation of DEI taskforce.
  • Collect and analyze workforce metrics.
  • Maintain dashboards and generate reports on employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with external organizations for outreach.
  • Support the Employee Experience team across various functions.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive engagement initiatives.
  • Manage communications and updates across the company.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Employee Experience or related fields.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience supporting DEI programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience supporting internal communications is preferred.
