• Coordinate every aspect of the employment life cycle for our supported employees.
• Provide expert-level support to our clients on HR matters.
• Manage client relationships and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Audit and manage all HR records for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for regional-specific expertise.
• Anticipate potential issues and support resolution processes.
• Assist with onboarding processes for clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law.
• Handle conflict resolution and employee queries.
• Other tasks as assigned in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of regional Human Resources experience required.
• Business proficiency in English and local language.
• Research-oriented, organized, and detailed.
• Conflict handling and resolution skills.
• Experience with employment law.
• Interest in international business.
