Requirements
5+ years of international HR experience.
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages.
HR qualifications and certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills for resolving HR issues.
Data-driven approach to improve employee experience.
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a plus.
