As a Payroll Implementation Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate data handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
