Overview

As a Payroll Implementation Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients, ensuring a seamless transition.

• Lead and manage payroll implementation processes for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
