Payroll Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of clients on our Deel local payroll system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and international regulations, guiding clients through the payroll onboarding process.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system.
• Organize and run kick-off meetings with clients.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax and labor laws.
• Oversee migration of payroll data from legacy systems.
• Develop and execute testing plans for system issues.
• Act as the primary contact for all payroll project matters.
• Gather key requirements from clients for onboarding.
• Implement change management strategies for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in global payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• Experience with various payroll systems and software.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
