The HR Experience Specialist at Deel will ensure compliance and manage HR operations for employees in Poland, supporting a dynamic and diverse global team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR Specialist experience managing employee lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of labor law and regulations in Poland.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• International HR experience is advantageous.
• Experience in startup environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues.
• Data-driven mindset for improving employee experience.
• Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
