HR Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an HR Experience Specialist at Deel, you will ensure and maintain compliance and HR operations while managing the employee lifecycle in the EMEA region.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and operational rules.
• Manage leave requests and administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs).
• Audit and update HR-related knowledge.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related questions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate on HR project management initiatives.
• Ensure quality of HR operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of labor law in Hungary or Czech Republic.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• International HR experience in EMEA is an advantage.
• Experience in start-up environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues.
• Data-driven mindset to improve employee experience.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Slack is a plus.
