HR Experience Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Ensure and maintain compliance and HR operations in assigned country.
• Manage leave requests and process administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs).
• Audit and update internal and external HR-related knowledge.
• Provide support to EORs and clients for HR-related inquiries.
• Manage standard onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate on HR project management for mass onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations in Israel.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• International HR experience is an advantage.
• Experience in start-up environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues.
• Data-driven approach to improving employee experience.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
