Payroll Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We are looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of clients on our Deel local payroll system.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end payroll migration projects.
• Conduct detailed country-specific training for Payroll Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
• Provide ongoing support to the Payroll Operations team post-migration.
• Create and maintain documentation for payroll workflows and procedures.
• Potentially contribute to future SaaS payroll product rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll system implementation.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance standards.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management skills.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
