HR Experience Specialist | UK & Ireland - Remote

Overview

The HR Experience Specialist will ensure compliance and HR operations in the UK and Ireland, managing leave requests, onboarding, and offboarding processes while providing support to clients and employees.

• Ensure HR compliance and operations in the assigned country.
• Manage leave requests and administrative tasks for Employee of Records.
• Audit and maintain HR-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related inquiries.
• Manage standard onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate on HR project management for mass initiatives.
• Ensure the quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert on operational quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
• Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations in the UK or Ireland.
• CIPD HR certification is mandatory.
• International HR experience is a competitive advantage.
• Experience in start-up environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues.
• Data-driven approach to improve HR processes.
• Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
