Overview

Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of Polish payroll systems for Deel’s clients. You will lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring that clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless.

In Short

  • Work with onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick-off meetings.
  • Support project review calls, coordinating and delivering on project streams.
  • Define and set up client payroll processes and requirements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and status reports.
  • Define, agree, and configure system interfaces and reports.
  • Work with clients for project sign-off and document specific needs.
  • Act as the point of contact for all payroll project matters.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of global payroll system.
  • Gather key requirements from clients for onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
