In Short

• Full-time, remote position.
• Reports to the Senior Clinical Manager of the Substance Use Disorder Program.
• Required schedule is 12pm-8pm EDT.
• Make proactive outreach calls to individuals needing Specialty Care support.
• Emphasize empathetic communication to connect members with services.
• Document outreach attempts and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in team huddles and ongoing training.
• High member engagement and satisfaction rates are key success metrics.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or healthcare operations preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are a bonus.

Requirements

• Experience in a call center or healthcare support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with high call volumes.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly.
