Engagement Associate - Remote

Overview

As an Engagement Associate, you will be quick to understand the client’s business needs and identify data-driven solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure that our top-tier customers are successful in the adoption, utilization, and retention of Definitive Healthcare’s data assets to achieve their business goals.

In Short

• Collaborate with external client stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for analytical projects.
• Partner with internal knowledge centers to drive adoption of products and services.
• Provide thought leadership on healthcare commercial intelligence.
• Coordinate escalations of client issues.
• Implement methods to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions.
• Handle client conflicts diplomatically.
• Validate hypotheses against back-end data.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical healthcare analytics roles.
• 1+ years in a client-facing role.
• Experience with SQL (SQL Server and/or Databricks preferred).
• Familiarity with medical coding terminology.
• Ability to present technical topics to a business audience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
