Overview

As a Patient Engagement Associate with Imagine Pediatrics, you will play a vital role in helping families with children who have special health care needs. Your mission will be to facilitate telephonic outreach and support families in navigating the enrollment process with our innovative app-based technology.

In Short

• Conduct telephonic outreach to families and assist with app enrollment.
• Communicate effectively about Imagine services and address family concerns.
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics to families of medically complex children.
• Support outreach efforts in collaboration with the Local Outreach Team.
• Utilize reporting tools to prioritize outreach efforts.
• Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in outreach or customer service roles.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
