In Short

• Responsible for recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ensure excellent employee and candidate experience.
• Manage job postings and candidate screening.
• Lead the interviewing process and communication with candidates.
• Administer HR programs and recognition initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate team events and activities.
• Maintain employment brand through social media.
• Perform general administrative tasks within the People Team.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of general recruiting experience.
• 1+ year of experience with HR engagement programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Process-oriented with ability to implement improvements.

• Pay Range: $57,500 - $80,617 USD.
