Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

Diaconia is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Federal Government. The Training Specialists will develop, maintain, and deliver training products that prepare customer organizations for an enterprise IT migration and go-live readiness.

In Short

• Develop training materials, including video walkthroughs and how-to guides.
• Support training content development across various management topics.
• Create role-based learning content for different user groups.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in a remote environment.
• Prepare training for reporting and analytics topics.
• Translate operational procedures into user-friendly training content.
• Coordinate with project leadership and stakeholders.
• Update training materials based on feedback and changes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience developing training materials.
• Experience delivering live training to adult learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
