Overview

The Senior SharePoint & Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure collaboration platforms and advanced data visualization solutions in support of federal and enterprise programs.

In Short

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments.
• Develop and manage document libraries and workflow automation.
• Build secure collaboration portals for program documentation and knowledge management.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Integrate and model data from multiple sources.
• Implement secure configurations and support compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with program managers and technical leads.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical reviews.
• Ensure solutions meet security, usability, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in SharePoint development and business intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint Online and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance and access control.
• Familiarity with SQL and Azure services.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be eligible for MBI clearance.
• Successful completion of background investigation required.
• Ability to work in a secure home office environment.
