Overview

B&A is looking for a Software ServiceNow Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and deep experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Design and develop software applications and ServiceNow modules.
• Integrate front-end, back-end, and database components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain existing ServiceNow applications.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in project planning and design sessions.
• Ensure timely delivery of development milestones.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years in designing and implementing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform integrations.
• Proficient in developing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
