Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

B&A is seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead agile software development teams in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

In Short

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor scrum processes and meetings to ensure productivity and quality.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them by identifying the right personnel.
• Support internal and external communication to improve transparency and information flow.
• Assist the Government Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Organize and lead backlog refinement sessions and sprint ceremonies with stakeholders.
• Promote agile best practices and coach team members on Scrum principles.
• Track and report team progress using agile metrics and tools.
• Lead multiple scrum teams in large-scale software implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Proven experience leading multiple scrum teams in large software implementations.
• Demonstrated technical management and supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
