ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

We assist Legal, Risk and Compliance in-house departments on their digital transformation journey. As a ServiceNow Developer you will implement technical solutions in cooperation with Solution Architects and Legal Transformation Advisors.

In Short

• Investigate and handle bugs from Production and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Engage with the development team for insights before escalating issues.
• Provide feedback to other developers about bug occurrences.
• Participate in retrospective meetings for team effectiveness.
• Maintain communication with the Senior Tester and Tech Lead.
• Support the ATF developer in test automation development.
• Seek opportunities for code improvement during bug investigations.
• Assess criticality of improvements for sprint inclusion.
• Manage deployment across environments.

Requirements

• Operational experience in deployment processes across environments.
• Experience with Automated Test Frameworks (ATF).
• Developer or ambitious junior eager to tackle codebase challenges.
• Quality and service mentality for enhancing code integrity.
• Investigative mindset for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
