Overview

We assist Corporate Legal, Risk and Compliance departments on their digital transformation journey. As a ServiceNow Developer you will implement technical solutions in cooperation with Solution Architects and Legal Transformation Advisors.

In Short

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Contract Management solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Define target architectures and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
• Guide development and configuration of Contract Management modules.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on technical and business solutions.
• Ensure integration of Contract Management with other ServiceNow modules.
• Oversee governance and quality assurance for ServiceNow activities.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases and trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect (5+ years).
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Contract Management.
• Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent understanding of contract lifecycle processes.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (CIS, Technical Architect).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
