ServiceNow Developer - Contract Lifecycle Manager - Remote

Overview

We assist Corporate Legal, Risk and Compliance departments on their digital transformation journey. As a ServiceNow Developer you will implement technical solutions in cooperation with Solution Architects and Legal Transformation Advisors.

In Short

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow’s Contract Management Pro and Legal Service Delivery modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations related to contract lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to streamline contract activities.
• Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and notifications for contract status tracking.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in contract records.
• Integrate Contract Management Pro with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Play a key role in project teams and the delivery model.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (4+ years).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Contract Management Pro.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Business fluent in English, proficiency in German or French preferred.
