Contract / Service Level Manager - Remote

Overview

You will work within the Build & Repair department, part of TDO Networks Mobile Access. Our team of 16 professionals ensures the physical realization and maintenance of KPN's mobile network. We collaborate with external partners and internal departments to deliver new locations and expansions on time and within budget.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements between KPN and Althio.
• Maintain quality and cost balance in service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance process efficiency.
• Approve invoices for Althio's rental points.
• Manage tactical quality control of services.
• Establish and execute governance agreements between parties.
• Escalate operational issues and manage contract changes.
• Work hybrid, typically two days in the office and three days elsewhere.
• Communicate complex contracts into actionable items.
• Focus on strategic oversight and detail orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management of large contracts.
• Completed HBO/WO degree in law, finance, or contract management.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch law.
• Ability to switch between detailed and strategic views.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Goal-oriented, creative, and structured work approach.
