Base Marketeer - Remote

Overview

You will be part of our dynamic base team, consisting of 6 young, enthusiastic, and professional colleagues who work passionately every day to keep our base satisfied.

In Short

• Responsible for optimizing ongoing base campaigns and launching new campaigns.
• Focus on customer retention campaigns and the associated journey.
• Analyze performance in terms of reach and conversion.
• Translate insights into smart tests and concrete improvement actions.
• Work closely with content, media, and performance specialists.
• Manage existing always-on campaigns and independently set up new BTL campaigns.
• Conduct analyses to evaluate campaigns and formulate new actions.
• Keep stakeholders informed about campaigns and coordinate with other teams.
• Think innovatively about ideas that contribute to the success of retention campaigns.

Requirements

• WO work and thinking level.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Affinity for the consumer market.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical skills to turn data into insights and actions.
• Ownership of projects ensuring successful completion.
• Curiosity to discover what is happening in our base.
• Creativity in finding new opportunities and developing campaigns.
• Enthusiastic personality and a team player.
