Overview

The AEC seeks a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join the Funding and Disclosure Reform Program, focusing on developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications.

In Short

Develop ServiceNow solutions including scripting and integrations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using Agile delivery.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.
Provide advanced support for troubleshooting and bug fixes.
Document technical designs and specifications.
Mentor junior developers.
Stay current with ServiceNow updates.
Must hold relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Experience in Commonwealth Government settings is desirable.
Work in accordance with agile principles.

Requirements

Experience in developing ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
One or more ServiceNow Mainline Implementation Specialist certifications.
Proven collaboration skills with stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft platforms.
Knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF.
Tertiary qualifications in related disciplines are desirable.
