Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing HRSD solutions, implementing integrations, and maintaining processes on the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

Design and develop HRSD solutions including case management, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain processes on the ServiceNow platform with scripting and workflows.
Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules like Case Management and Knowledge Management.
Develop custom applications, workflows, forms, and reports based on business requirements.
Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems.
Create and maintain service catalogs and workflows.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues related to HRSD.
Provide technical support for HRSD applications and processes.
Develop and maintain Service Portals for employees.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including client scripts and business rules.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS.
Understanding of ServiceNow scripting languages.
Ability to develop and maintain custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
