ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our fully remote team supporting our client. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions that meet our client’s business needs. You will have deep knowledge of core modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, as well as advanced modules or custom application development. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop custom applications, and ensure the optimal performance and functionality of the ServiceNow platform.

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and manage complex business rules.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Experience implementing the DevOps module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
