Overview

The Solution Sales Manager will drive revenue growth from clients in the Financial Services sector in Austria and Switzerland, focusing on GRC and SecOps solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow IRM and Tanium solutions.
  • Cooperate with ServiceNow and Tanium sales on leads and opportunities.
  • Identify and pre-qualify opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and close deals.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client challenges.
  • Present tailored demonstrations of solutions.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and IT security leaders.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to design solutions.
  • Stay current on regulatory trends impacting Financial Services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Work in a remote environment with a diverse team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise solution sales, ideally in GRC or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in Financial Services in Austria and/or Switzerland.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow’s GRC capabilities.
  • Understanding of Tanium’s capabilities is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to articulate business value and ROI.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation in risk management is preferred.
