Overview

The Sales Solution Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative selling and closing new business via strategic prospecting and leads from key partner relationships. This role collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to execute agreements, influence sales strategy, and deliver consistent results—without direct people management responsibilities. The position is US-based and remote.

In Short

  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through close
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on products, services, and customer use cases
  • Lead complex sales conversations with senior-level stakeholders
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and presentations
  • Maintain a comprehensive vision of company goals
  • Other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B or consultative selling environments, insurance, healthcare, or tech industries a plus.
  • Very strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, written and spoken, with extremely high emotional intelligence.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Professional virtual presentation skills and on-camera presence required.
  • Professional, distraction-free home office setup suitable for video calls and reliable internet connection.
  • Adept at problem-solving, quick-thinking, and grace under fire.
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Fluent written and oral English skills.
